It started slowly.

"I'll be there in a sex" (sec).

"Thanks for the duck" (luck).

"I really like your shirt, it's very sexy" (cozy).

I sent them all before I read them.

Every single one.

To my boss.

To my mother.

To someone I had just met.

Now I type slowly.

Now I read everything twice.

Now I live in fear

of the small robot in my pocket

who has decided

my words are better

if they're slightly wrong.

Yesterday it changed "good morning" to "Good mourning."

The robot knows something I don't.
